Billing & Insurance

We participate with most local and national insurance plans and also accept patients with Medicare. However, it is the responsibility of the patient to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.

If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

We are partnering with Together+Clinic for patients who have Medicare. Together+Clinic is a care management service to assist patients with managing their healthcare.

All co-payments are due at the time of service.
